Entrepreneurship Supports 

The aim of this program is to promote entrepreneurship—recognized as a key factor in solving problems of economic development and employment—by encouraging its expansion and facilitating the establishment of successful businesses.

R&D, Technological Production, and Localization Supports

This program provides support to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and entrepreneurs with new ideas and innovations based on science and technology. It focuses on projects related to the development of new products, processes, knowledge, and/or services.

Business Development, Growth, and Internationalization Supports

This support encourages SMEs to collaborate and develop joint projects. It also promotes R&D and innovation activities, supports the inclusion of domestically developed technological products in international markets, and facilitates the establishment of international incubation centers to increase exports.

SME Financing Supports 

KOBİ’lerin These supports aim to enhance SME production capacity, address financial constraints, create employment, and strengthen international competitiveness. Additionally, SMEs are supported to access financial resources by being listed on Borsa Istanbul’s Emerging Companies Market.

Laboratory Services 

KOSGEB operates 12 laboratories focused on metal and plastic/rubber materials to improve product quality. The costs of tests conducted in these laboratories are subsidized up to 50%.
